Terms & Conditions for the "Win a Red Deer Hunt" Competition

1. Eligibility

   • The competition is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
   • Employees, agents, and affiliates of Redacted Actual and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Competition Period

   • The competition begins on 1 January 2025 and ends at 12:30 PM AEST on 1 March 2024.
   • Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

   • Tickets are available for purchase at $10 each.
   • Alternatively, for every $10 spent on Redacted Actual products through our website or participating stockists, you will receive one free entry.
   • For purchases made through stockists, a copy of the receipt must be submitted to Redacted Actual via info@redactedacual.com to receive your tickets.

4. Prize Details

   • The winner will receive a guided red deer hunt during the 2025 rut, in Southeast Queensland.
   • If the winner is from interstate, Redacted Actual will provide transport to and from Sunshine Coast Airport.
   • Accommodation, meals, and any additional expenses during the hunt are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise specified.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

5. Liability Waiver

   • The winner will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to participating in the hunt.
   • By entering, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with hunting activities.

6. Winner Selection

   • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
   • The draw will take place on 1st of March 2025, and the winner will be notified within 7 days via [email/phone].

7. Claiming the Prize

   • The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and a new winner will be drawn.

8. General Conditions

   • Redacted Actual reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
   • By entering the competition, participants agree to have their name and likeness used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Liability

   • Redacted Actual is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage suffered as a result of the competition or prize use.
   • Participants release Redacted Actual from any liability arising from participation in the competition or the prize.

10. Privacy

    • Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of the competition and will be handled in accordance with Redacted Actual’s privacy policy.
